An experienced senior leader, with over 15+ years’ experience within the built environment/utilities sector. As Director of Compliance for CityFibre, Sarah supports the business in delivering full fibre infrastructure to 8m homes across the UK. Recently added to the Power List 2023 by Northern Power Women for her contribution to industry. A diversity, equity and inclusion ambassador within the sector, championing the role that businesses can play in driving positive societal change, while improving business performance. Sarah was named as a Top 100 Women in Engineering 2021, she is a passionate advocate for women in the workplace with particular investment and focus on Women in Leadership and STEM sectors. Sarah was previously a member of WiNG (Women in National Grid), currently a member of the FTTH Council Europe: Women in Fibre Committee as well as being the proud sponsor of the CityFibre Gender Network
