Clive leads BT’s regulatory affairs function, covering retail, network and digital services . He is responsible for BT's regulatory strategy, critical policy issues across fixed and mobile communications, developing BT’s position on emerging vertical segment regulation, and overseeing risks and opportunities. Before joining BT, Clive led Ofcom’s Strategy and Policy team, leading a wide range of issues including digital markets policy, Ofcom’s Digital Communications Review, and the BT Commitments.
